Dana Bakos comes to her current role following success as the director of business development for TATA Interactive Systems, a developer of e-learning programs for Fortune 1000 companies. There, she exceeded set expectations and built key industry connections on an annual basis.

Previously experienced in educational product sales, Ms. Bakos earlier served as a publishing representative for middle school and high school product lines of the McGraw-Hill Companies and for college textbooks of the Houghton Mifflin Company. Ms. Bakos joined Houghton Mifflin following success as a national sales and service manager for Kaiser Permanente Health Plan, where she drove a 245 percent increase in existing account membership and brought in more than $2.2 million in new-client revenue.
